Texas Justice, Oh Yeah!
« on: October 18, 2008, 10:03:06 AM »

DALLAS -- Dallas police said a homeowner shot and killed a burglar early Thursday.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The homeowner was asleep upstairs with his wife when he heard the intruder in his home at about 2 a.m.

Police said the burglar broke into the house through a downstairs window and was attempting to steal a plasma television when the homeowner came out of the bedroom with a gun.

The intruder was shot multiple times and died a short time later.

Detectives are still investigating, but said the homeowner would likely not face any charges.

Sometimes it just goes right! Hope I never face something like that however, I would not hesitate to shoot a scumbag like that.

By the way it would only take one shot but I might go ahead a target practice while I was at it.

Well after the first shot, it's a moving target and therefore more of an interesting challenge.  How many times can you hit before he hits the ground?  You know, that kind of thing.

"shoot to kill" is what you DO.  "Shoot to stop" is what you SAY.  LOL  You can MEAN "kill" while you're saying "stop"... just don't give the scum ball's family's lawyer ammunition to hurt you.  And remember, the dead guy can't refute the fact that he might not have said, "I'm going to kill you!"

Pretty freakin' sad that as you protect your family, there is some pond scum lawyer out there ready to
sue you for the amount of money the now dead thief COULD have made in his career. I can see the court
now....
Crappy lawyer.."Your honor, If John Q. Public had not killed Scum E. Bag during the commission of his
activities (stealing everything John Q. P. owns) then my client may have earned $12.5 million dollars
over his career life. Therefore, I petition the court to award his family that amount, plus court costs."

The NOT-SO-FUNNY thing about this is that this actually happens. NO JOKE. What a system! >:( >:(

The NOT-SO-FUNNY thing about this is that if there is any doubt whatsoever that the person you shot posed an imminent and credible threat to your life, and that scumbag prostitute sees where you posted on the internet to "shoot to kill" (and he/she WILL research you thoroughly and find it), you are going to have a very difficult time defending your actions. Too many people seem to think that the right to bear arms means the right to blast away at anybody who pisses you off. No sense spoon-feeding the scumbag prostitutes ammunition.
