TX NATIONAL MOTORCYCLE RALLY

I'm surprised that I haven't seen alot of talk about the rally that started today. Is there a specific reason for that or just lack of interest?

Might be the cost? People hate to pay for stuff they have already seen a thousand time. Well except the concerts

Got there about 1, left about 11.

It didn't take long to see all there was to see,,, ???  Wished there were more vendors,,,

Not crowded, no real lines, (Just the way I like it!)

I'm not much of a drinker, so that particular aspect of a 'party' did not apply,,,,

100's of HD and maybe half a dozen X's,,,

Joe Richardson Express and K.W.S. catered well to my music needs,,, KWS is a guitar playin S O G!! O0

All in all, OK.

They must have hopes for next year as they announced at the concert that the 2nd TNM rally will be held Oct 1-4, 2009.

The vendor area was pretty 'dismal', I was anticipating, or at least hoping, for more. The only 'national' type of representation was the U S Army.

Damn, glad I didn't get to go now. I was planning on going this weekend but as usual was at my daughters Softball tournament. Doesn't sound like I missed anything. My main reason for going was to see what vendors were there and what they had to offer.

Stopped by Misfits MC today. He was a vendor and was not pleased. Maybe the 'cane and the economy hurt it . Hope for next year.

Yea..I think so. What about the people who paid $35. I think they should move it to the early spring so it won't be up against the Lonestar Rally.
