I have not been here for a while due to other commitments.    Ike has convinced us we no longer care to live on the Gulf Coast.   Anybody have a house to sell in the Cedar Park, Leander, Tayor area?

Pat.. keep an eye on the business news. It's sounds like the FED may bring back an "RTC" type program for all the foreclosure houses. Since they took over freddie/fannie there's been rumors about it. Find a realtor up in that area that's in the know, and you might save some big $$$'s.

Thanks, RD.  As soon as we get this house repaired from Ike and ready for the market, we will be contacting a real estate agent in the Leander area.  There were so many homes in this area wiped out we should have no problem selling.

Our next door neighbors are selling theirs, and they are AT LEAST $50K too high on the price.
