I bought a set of bags from Jafrum.com, they are not adjustable and do not fit the big a$$ "N" fender on the back of my bike.
They sit too high on my bike for my taste, I like them to sit a little lower, They sell for $59.99 at their website

Bassdude at VTX Cafe has some on his retro and they look great, that is why I bought them. The N fender must be much wider than an R I guess.
