Amsoil dealer

 I'm thinking about becoming an Amsoil dealer just to try to make extra money to support my M/C habit. Does/has anyone done this? If so, I would like to hear from you. What do y'all think?

We use Amsoil.  Where are you located?  If you can beat/match the price we pay at Discount Motorcycle in Pasadena then I would be more than happy to support your habit...I mean business.

 I haven't done it yet . I am trying to find someone that has or is a dealer. Amsoil is not distributed thru traditional channels so I am trying to find out if it is worth it.

I found Amsoil at a NAPA Auto Parts store in Mabank for about 8 cents more than what I pay when I drive to the warehouse in Arlington. Don't know if it's carried in all NAPA locations, but it would make it difficult for a distributor to compete.

What?  Never mind.

I'm a preferred customer, so I just whip over there and pick up oil when I need it, the price is good enough.  I run it in all my vehicles.  My Saturn Vue (with a Honda engine) has an almost identical oil filter...it's just a tiny bit taller.  Uses the same filter wrench tho!  LOL

I had them send me a dealer kit about a 6 months ago when I was at BMW. After reading through the packet it didn't seem like much of a deal to me, don't remember exactly why though. Go to thier website and look under opportunities. Bryan (VTexan) who doesn't post or ride much anymore used to be a dealer or preferred customer not sure which. You might pm him to get his opinion.
