Thanks for the post Gumbo. It's a good site.  O0 O0 Most of the older riders know about this site but I'm sure there is a lot out there that don't. Like I said, great post.  O0 O0
I use that motorcycle roads site alot and it's really informitive to get you into an area you want to ride and when you get there put down the map and start just making left and right turns where ever you want, just because you can, and when and if you get lost, no problem, then use the Backroads of Texas Map to figure out where you are, where you've been and you've seen all the "off the beaten tracks". Believe it or not, those are generally more fun to ride because you rode'um and nobody told you about the route.

Yep, some of the riders here gotta lot posts of which I'm proud to boast as #3 and I have the most hours on the board also and I can guarantee they weren't from the Bumping posts or post whoring either. Some of us (Snake, Hipshot, RD, VTRex, Dusty, and others, to many to list) will monitor the board alot just to see what's going on mainly, but to help with questions or problems that someone may have and help to the best of our knowledge. That's what makes this board, people that want to share what their doing to their bike as mod's, what they found about what works and didn't work, the M&G's to meet new folks that enjoy the open road, or the people that will post something maybe somebody else didn't know or have personal knowledge and experience about a subject that will help a brother or sister out. Doesn't matter if you've got 2 posts or 2002, if you find something out  you didn't know, post it, I'll bet somebody else didn't know it either. Good job Gumbo, keep it up.   O0 O0 O0

I'm in the old club, too. I keep thinking that "If I can't cut the mustard, I can still lick the jar." ain't as funny as it used to be.  :P

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.
