I couldn't tell you the first thing about changing the bearing cuz I've never done it before.  Check out http://www.bareasschoppers.com/ There is a lot of good info there on how to stuff.  hope this helps.

Update this -
http://www.vtxoa.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=62787

And do a search on the vtxoa with Tapper as the Author, bearing as the text, and select include all words as a search option. You'll find that it's VERY difficult to install them without messing them up.

Make sure what you read about is talking about the same bearings.

Its actually the final driven flange bearing. Looking at the parts diagram, looks like the whole flange will have to be replaced.

HI
Thank you guys for the info.
I want to tank Robert for taking the time and come to my house :), and look at the flange, I went to the Pasadena shop and one of the gus took the bearing P/N 91052-KZ4-J21 out and they are two of them. They are ball bearings, there are two of them,  they are mounted on a sleve that the shaft goes thru and than the bearing goes in side on the flange.  I order the parts thru the HDL under $10.00 Honda price $18.00 a lot of differences.
