Fender decision...[with front fender]
« on: August 10, 2008, 07:18:09 PM »

ok, finally got the kinks worked out of the rear wheel install....now trying to decide which fender to use

the first one was made for my bike

this fender was shipped by mistake, but theres some things I like about it..though it would take considerable modification to make it work

Not sure what "look" you're going for, but the 2nd Fender screams for you to look at it, where the first seems more practical. I have always liked customs that scream from all points, so I'd say the 2nd one. ;D If you're going for more of a dragster look, I'd say go with the first one.

Looks like I am no the only one that sees that #2 looks a little off kilter. Seems to be slipped to the right. Needs some mods to look right. Other than that it's fine but for practicality I would go with #1, less prep. You and I both know that thing needs to hit the road soon!!!
