Although, maybe that is a good idea so that you are relaxed and in a good frame of mind to BBQ!   ;D ;D ;D

This is still safe for work right?

Just make sure you're not using a jalapeno rub.....  :o ;) ;D

The brisket is wrapped and resting in the oven, the two chickens have about an hour left in the smoker. Cross your fingers....  ??? ;D ;D ;)

I'm not quite sure that the "chicken" on the left was actually a rooster!!   ;D ;D

Dang nice looking brisket! That red smoke ring around the top is deeeeep! AWESOME!!
