PC-III questions
« on: July 24, 2008, 11:06:42 AM »

I found a used USB Power Commander III for sale for a good price. It is coming off of an 05 1800F. I've got an 06 1800C.

I looked on the Power Commander site and it *looks* like they are the same part. I just wanted to get verification from folks I trust... i.e. you guys and gals.

Anything else I need to consider when putting one of these on my X?

Thanks in advance!

If I remember right the c used a different model.  109-411 I think.  I bought one and it had a different plug.  I sold it and got a 122-411.  It is quite possible that they are all the same now though.

I know I'm no help, just felt like typing.  :)

Check the application charts on DynoJet's site; if both bikes show the same number you're good to go. Be sure to solder the connection at your TPS wire.

SHOULD BE SAME FOR ALL 1800'S.  I love mine. Tricky part was the tank. But worked around that.
