New to the forum

Hello from Bear Creek.
I will be picking up my new VTX 1300R next week.
Will be looking forward to some decent rides.
Honda of Houston, on 290, will be handing me the keys. My wife works there so you
can probably figure out that I got a decent deal.
My first time on a bike was back at the age of 14 and have not stopped riding since.
Now at the age of 43, I'm going to be back in the wind.

Congratulations!  I hope you love your new 1300R as much as I love mine.  You lucky dog, having a wife that works at the dealership!  

What color did you get?  Racing to the fire red, speeding bullet silver, beautiful bad-to-the bone fast blue?

angelannie, The bike is Titanium but will have some custom striping done by a friend who
does pin striping as a hobby. Pretty good at it.

MRVTX, Bear Creek is in west Houston. I live just east of Highway 6 off Clay.

As soon as it ends up in my driveway, I'll post some pics.
