Vtxtreme 2" headlight extensions

So I got these in the mail today and there were no instructions  :-[. After tightening the four supplied bolts, the headlight is still noticeable loose (seems like its missing some washers).....can anyone give me some pointers...thanks.

Looks like some 5/16" lock washers did the trick  ;D
