Meanwhile, investigators are trying to identify the people in the photographs to determine what laws if any were broken.

I bet the rule that states "You're not as attractive as you think you are, no matter what the beer says, so keep your clothes on!" was violated time and time again.

I find it amusing that a magistrate being quoted by the media about indecent exposure is unaware of the elements of the offense.
