I think they'll be about as loud as my shorty pipe, but they sound really good and don't get hot. get 'em if you can. it's an easy swap.
man, I rode with some guys up here yesterday..... damn, they can roll!!! the roads in northern VA are awesome. It's like the hill country, but about 40 minutes from home. more and more I'm thinking that a full-on sportbike would be more fun... that way I wouldn't feel wierd about keeping the X. Not like I'm using the FZ1 to its full potential, but that Gixxer 750 is a beast, so are the 600s, you just gotta wind 'em up a bit more. I wish there were good roads near Houston. we'll talk when I get back. let me know if you're gonna get those pipes.
