I've been wanting a good old fashioned veal or beef Cordon Bleu for a while now. Are there any resturants in the are that fix this?

You are 20 years too late. I could have fixed you up. I had a aunt who came to visit from England who was a Cordon Blue cook. She earned a fine living across the pond, by traveling from one mansion to the next doing contract cooking. She traveled by limo, and was a very strange old bird indeed. But she could!!! cook. English cooking gets old real quick.
She was shocked to find that there are places out here where you can't get a radio station on a car radio. She is long gone now, but thanks for bringing back a old memory of a fine lady.
