Yep, every country has there share of idiots and retards...  Unfortunately though, we encourage ours to "Rock the Vote!"     I think there should be a test one would have to pass before being allowed in the voters booth.

I love it, good one,
I started herding cats, right after the disaster at the pigeon ranch. Rustlers stampeded 200,000 head right over a cliff. The rustlers got caught, on the wing. They turned states evidence on the worm wranglers,and got off, light. We are now trying to domesticate the wild man eating jackalope. Its a requirement to qualify for the  government grants, involved with the  the High Plains Alligator Habitat expansion project. So far the Jackalopes have sucked every drop of moisture from every alligator freed to roam our beautiful high plains grass lands.
Yep,Tax Payer money at work, You bet I Vote.
