Only finding check the switch on the kickstand, and check the main fuses under the left hand side cover, and also clean the kill switch with wd40.

Also, read somewhere that flipping the kill switch off and on a few times will reset the bank angle sensor.

the bank angle sensors are notorious for doing exactly what you are describing. For some reason, once they trip they will not reset for some reason. I've read about this a few time on the national board. If i remember correctly the sensor had to be replaced. I'll do some checking too be sure though.

I tried flipping the kill switch on and off several times. No luck. I also tried resetting the tank for a better ground. No Luck. I didn't find the ECU . Like I said I don't hear the Fuel injection kick on when on turn on the kill switch.

The ECU is under the seat on top of the battery.

+1 Since the bike fell over, thats more than likely the problem, I just was not sure what they were called.

The bike is not in gear and and the kick stand is up
Check the wire on the kickstand switch. It may have come loose, no matter whether its up or down.
The tip over switch will not reset until you turn the key off and on, if its still working correctly.

here's a follow up to my original post. In the manual look in the index for the "Bank Angle Sensor" and it will direct you to the correct page. it details a test to determine if it is good or bad, if you have access to a voltmeter. A quicker way to check this is to bypass the sensor all together. here's how you do it. the 3 pin connector will have a green wire, white/black wire, and a red/orange wire. you want to put a jumper between the green and red/orange wires. you can use a paperclip or some other small wire to jump between the two wires at the connector. VERY IMPORTANT-first make sure the ignition is turned off before you do this and make sure the jumper wire is touching nothing else while the ignition is turned on including you. BTW, your jumping the wires in the connector from the wiring harness going to the sensor not the connector coming from the sensor. hopefully this makes sense. you'll know if it's the problem as soon as you turn the key on, you will hear your fuel pump come on to pressurize the system. you can ride the bike with this sensor bypassed but realize the implications by doing so. good luck and let us know what happens.

not sure but it landed on the right side where the starter switch is
starter switch went bad?

pay VERY close attention to the contacts on the switch.
Take the switch apart and check it, you might be able to clean it up and make it work, if nothing else it might work untill you get a new one?

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

Well the damage was only $120.00. They had it for two day and went through all the wiring. They ended up taking off the vance hines fuel pack and they reset all the settings on the bike back to stock and it started up fine. The bike seems to be running fine with very little back firing. I think I just might keep that fuel pak off. :) O0

I just read all this, and I don't have a manual handy, but I THINK that you reset the bank angle sensor with the ignition key. Someone with a manual back me up or shoot me down.
