I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

Good information for women or men. I bet there's more guys out there than you think, that can't lift up a bike. I don't want to have too!  :o

Without the right technique, even a macho he-man can have a problem lifting a seven, eight, or nine hundred pound bike. If he's hurt or dazed, it's that much harder.

This is true. I dumped my Vulcan a couple of times. But I remembered this technique from the MSF course. Lucky's 1300 went over on it's right side during the wind storm so it was nearly flat when I got to it. The handlebars were locked so I did not have to worry about them rotating while I lifted it up. It came up pretty nicely for me using this technique. Like the website says, the first part is hard but it really moves after that. Middle of the day and rainy and no one around so I had to lift it myself. Personally I think Lucky could have got it up herself but why let it lay in the rain until she got home? Besides the fact that she would have killed me if I had. :o

Well after telling you get the hell out of the way so I could do it, I would give you a big KISS for your willingness to help.  :-*

Actually after the first spill I took on my Vulcan several people came up to help (I was out in traffic on 610 Loop).  I just told them thanks but let me do it myself...it was her first time down (with me at least) and I just wanted to make sure no body messed her up more.

I've had to lift my VTX twice using this method. It works.  O0

There's a lot of gravel roads out here at the lake.

Right on the hernia, I had gastric hernia surgery a while back and have another one that took its spot.  I am about to have to have another surgery for this one.

I found a site that shows you how to right a 4x4 if you roll it on it's side. Can we use your truck Kenny? :D :P

Okay, so we'll be lifting Kenny's truck off of RD'z Goldwing. Which day will that be, so I can be sure to eat some Wheaties for breakfast?
