Gerry has asked that I lead up the hunt for donations for BBT this year. So I am asking for some help in a few areas.

First off, I need some trailer trash volunteers. Gerry will be transporting Austin area donations to BBT in her trailer, I would like to get at least one volunteer from Cen-Tex, Houston, Golden Triangle, and Dallas who is trailering to offer to carry donations from their area. If you can help, post and let us know so that those with donations can make arrangements to bring their donations to you.

Second, if you are planning to solicit donations, we will have an official flier in a few days that you can take with you to pass out to prospective vendors. If you solicit donations, please post the names of the vendors you solicit so that we can save others in your area from revisiting these vendors. You don't need to post whether the vendor made a donation or not, just that they have already been contacted. Don't just hit the Honda dealers. Any MC related company will work. And let's not forget that we have several lady riders, so point that out when asking for donations. Also, non brand specific donations such as oil, riding gear, etc, are great as we have some in our group that ride other model Hondas, or lesser brand bikes.

I tried posting the flyer tonight under BBT V but experienced an issue, notified Brock.  I'll update the post once I get this resolved.  In the meantime, I sent a copy directly to Steve.
