James Pollard of Denton ABATE lost his home this morning in a Texas wildfire.
James is also owner of Pollard BBQ so many of ya'l may know him from some of the events or benefits around the N. Texas area. He & his wife & 2 girls lost basically everything today (including leathers). Fortunately no one was hurt and they still have each other. They did manage to save their barn and will be making a home of that for now.
Anybody wanting to donate any basic items like food, dog food, beds or misc, clothing, coats/jackets, contact James Pollard by phone: (940)391-4289 or drop off at any of the locations listed below.

Haley is 7 years old and wears size 7
Joscelyn is 9 years old and wears size 8 or 9 slim
Landra needs size 2X Tshirts and XL sweat pants to wear to work James needs size XL shirts and 38/34 pants
They have a freezer & fridge with food in the barn a large cooker to cook Their meals. Not sure if they have any kind of dishes. Members of ABATE are making sure they have bedding so don't worry about that. The girls especially will need winter coats. Thats about all we know of - just whatever you have to donate that will help make their barn more liveable. Maybe some dolls or toys for the girls would be cool.
