Motorcycle Helmet Exemption
« on: January 29, 2008, 01:39:13 PM »

I know this has been posted before, but with Spring/Summer just around the corner, I thought I would post it again. Here are the "rules" you have to meet before you can ride without a helmet in Texas:

Here a link to the state form for getting the helmet exemption sticker. Costs
$5 and valid for 3 years.

I always wear a helmet but got one just in case a spin around the block or my helmet is stolen off my bike.

Yea I wear the exact same one. It is required on Fort Bliss now to wear a vest not a reflective belt anymore.
