The PCIII thing is bull. Just look at my post about my Dyno. With no PCIII it dynoed almost perfect.  It was a little lean in the low RPMs but not much.  Without seeing it I couldn't comment on the bent flange.

The Loc-tite seems to be working so far.  I figured that the PCIII thing was bull but thought I would ask anyway.  Thanks for all the help guys.  The bike seems to run fine  now but does seem to pop alot when cruising at a steady 30 or below.  I wonder...would the PCIII help that?
