The 1800 was too much power so I got a 750...
« on: January 26, 2008, 08:30:06 PM »

 O0 :P ;)

I rode it in the 40 degree rain yesterday to bring her to a new home so yes I know it's filthy (not like me right?).  I rode it a bit tonight and really enjoy it.

...and yes of course, I still have the X.  I like her too much.

I've always liked the 750 Gixxer; it handles like a champ and has a lot of punch when you twist that round thingy on the right bar. I'm envious.

I went on the ride that bluestreak posted about today, on the 750.  The first 200 miles wasn't bad at all.  300 I felt some wrist pain, but I dealt with it.  The last 120 (about..not sure) was painful with the last 50 of it being horrid.  It didn't help that we froze most of the day. O0
