Tunes for your X
« on: December 10, 2007, 05:50:11 AM »

I have a complete setup for sale.  Check out http://www.cyclesounds.com for the complete description.  Bought this and the uniq audio setup, and prefer the uniq, even with the Mickey Mouse style speakers.  This one sells for $399 plus shipping.  I'm asking $325 for this now.  Was installed for 3 days on my X.  Do not worry about installing this, it was very simple - took about 15 minutes.

You failed to mention the most important thing.... How do they sound? I might bite but, would like to hear it first. Give me a call.

James,
I'll give you a call.  But, to answer the question...I was actually pretty impressed with how much sound comes from these speakers.  It would take 5 minutes to hook one up on a temp. basis to hear it.

I've seen some crappy speakers before but those are nice. $399? I may have to add those to my wish list!
But for now I'll do with the illegal speakers in the helmet.

Yes, as long as you still have 1 inch bars.  The amp is really small and allows many options for mounting.
