Bright Headlight
« on: December 03, 2007, 01:43:06 PM »

Some of my riding buddies are telling me that my headlight is pretty dim.  What do the Xer's put in to make yourself seen?

Thanks

Do they say it's dim when it's daylight, or dark? If you ride with you hi-beam on during the daylight hours, you'll be seen.

I've used the silverstars, thier alright, but they are yellow and they don't last very long.  I like the nokya bulbs.  They are closer to hid lights.  I have the blue ones now (arctic white), but I plan on getting purple soon. At the top of the page it shows the diff. between the oem and aftermarket bulbs.

You might just need to check the aim. Holler if you don't know how.

I need to change to a better bulb also.  Isn't there one that works better at night but is hard to see in the day light?
