It's an 18" glass-pack spray painted with black primer.  When I worked in my father's shop back home, I think we picked 'em up for around $35 (give or take $20) from the wholesaler.  So if this guy is actually selling them, he's got a good profit margin.

I hope we can keep this idea of putting a car/truck muffler on a bike separate from THE DARKSIDE.
Car tires on a bike are ok IMHO.
Car mufflers on a bike are not IMHO.

But if anyone is interested, I do have a couple of the glass-packs laying around back in San Angelo, and am willing to sell them for $75 each (+S&H) unpainted.  They are already broken in, and if put on w/o painting would give you a nice rustic look.  You would only need to add the 2" inlet and figure out what to do on the outlet that is a 2" Y currently.   O0

If HD was stamped on it, how much would it cost?

It might have HD on it... Of course it stands for Heavy Duty tractor O0     I guess the rain cover /flapper could come in handy crossing flooded streets ;D

Ok, saw that there were different views of the picture, and it really is just an automotive glass-pack, checked and they were under $10 each, so this guy's got under $25 bucks invested...  The flapper probably cost more than the muffler...

We put a couple of 12"ers on a riding mower once, that was pretty cool...

I emailed the guy to ask about it, I'll see what he says, if he responds...
