I don't know about shedding your skin, but from some of the posts I've seen as of lately it sounds like you've cut or trimmed your beard. As far as not knowing what you look like, that's not true. You posted a pic sometime back of when you were about 14 to 16 maybe and when I computer aged it and guess what?  :-\ :-\
