Oh, OK... No, it's only a slight increase in power, you can feel a little difference but not a lot. You could well do without one. It gets rid of most of the decel backfiring, and the throttle response is smoother, it seems more precise, if you know what I mean. It's more something you might want than something you might need. I had pretty much decided I wasn't going to spend the money on one but when TC bird-dogged the good deal on them I couldn't resist.
