BTT= Bump to top. The way a person without admin rights on a site can get a topic he wants at the top of the pack, whithout "stickying it up, which would require admin rights. I feel your pain that they don't "wiggle" anymore...I'll send you a pm this eve and tell you how to make them "work" again.

I would sticky it, but people seem to notice normals threads easier since they move.  Once it's stickied they get adjusted to just seeing a bold thread at the top.
