you mean you have windows vista home preimium?  and you want to use your microsoft office software that came with a computer with windows XP?

I have XP and microsoft office 2003 installed (and on cd).  I never did upgrade to Vista, but it was supposed to work with it...

Just install it and try all the programs...if they don't work, you can always uninstall it.

Pretty much any MS Office product will be compatible for quite some time.

I'm currently running my MS Office 98 on my Vista machine. I just keep it updated and have had no problems since... '98 :)

Just my pennies worth...I get a raise in October so I'll start throwing in my 2 cents worth then ;)

I just got a new Toshiba lap top at work that has Vista and was told my HP printer/copier/scanner/fax is not compatible with Vista.
I've had printers before that have worked just fine with new software.
I haven't had a chance to check it out. Anyone have any experience with this situation?

Hey Bill, I have the HP 5600 series Allin one printer/copier/scanner/fax and it works fine with my laptop. However, my printer had a CD for Printer set-up for Vista, so it may be different

Dusty,

Click here:  http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html?pageDisplay=drivers

Enter your model number to see if HP has the Vista driver for your unit.  If so, just download and install!
