I was A KC130 Flight Mechanic and i've got alot of experience as a parts manager. as for dallas po po theres a reason why there always hiring "the attrition rate is outrageous".
yeah i've got a resume in with them anyway though.
i own a welder and do my own stuff i ain't great but whatever i weld holds if that counts

got a buddy who is hiring for a drilling rig welder. Starts $50.00 per hour

it might work for a day or so but your sure to be figured out pretty quick. What are you looking for specifically? I will keep my ears open.

DMI has an office up there, and I think they are hiring salesmen...  the pay is base salary is good, and the bonuses are supposed to be really good, they are also hiring in their san angelo office.  www.timeclockplus.com

Last, if you don't have to stay in DFW (there may be some companies in the wind energy industry up there) we are hiring here, maybe in Abilene, and Nebraska as well, for Land Leasing agents (similar to oilfield landman, but less work involved) and various other positions, pretty good people to work around/with, and pay is pretty good, I know I am overpaid...
