I am Thinking I need Coopers on Sat 8 September

So you guys got me addicted and I am needing a fix. Lets make a ride of it.....  Coopers anyone, along with a nice ride........

We went there on the way back from ROT, they have all you can eat sausage, brisket, and ribs w/ sides!

We had Old Time Pit BBQ in San Angelo, which is a subsidiary? of Coopers I believe, but nothing beat the real thing.  Mac's in Brady is another awesome little BBQ joint.

I think that it just might fit the bill.  I will be in Austin that weekend (this one, too, and every one that UT plays @ home until late Nov.) and the game isn't until 6.  Keep the details comin'.

Murray, I'm with you.  Salt Lick CAN NOT be beat.  Best Q to be found!  So, when we goin'?

Wife & I are will be taking a bike riding vacation 9/3 - 9/9, staying at Lake Medina/Bandera, will we close enough to join in? Don't know the area all that well, but plan on at least doing the twisted sisters 8)

The twisted sisters are definitely the other direction, but Cooper's can be reached through some pretty rides. The SA boys can fill you in...  O0

I should, we're staying at Thousand Trails RV park and they have wireless at the clubhouse. If not, my cell # is 281-974-0603. We check-in Monday afternoon.

Interesting Frank Zappa reference, but I thought the real twisted sisters were the Rrhea sisters Dia and Gono, thats diarrhea and her sister gonorrhea!
