Well,
I changed to the car tire.
Saved about $100.00.
Now, for the ride....
I had a 200 dunlop on the back. The car tire is a 205. The difference in size wasn't really that much.
Alot of guys that switch, go from the stock 180 to the car tire and have to adjust for the size difference.
For me, there is not much difference. The only time I can even tell the difference is on a fast switchback, or S curve, and it is only slight.
I do have to push a little more in long sweeping curves, but I can barely tell the difference there.
No problems cornering, no problems with holding the lines in curves.
So far, it's all positive. I've only got about 100 miles on it, but I sure do like it.
I'll post pictures eventually.
It may just be a coincidence that my wife had cookies made when I got home, but you never know.
