ummmmmm. what do you like. many like the hard krome big 3's or K2's. Don't know about fitment for those on the retro. Look at Cobra. good pipes, good warranty, good sound. oh, yeah--Vance & Hines. search those on the national board to start. others will give their $.02

I have Vance and Hines Big Shots on mine. I like it and have had many compliments on the sound.

the cobra speedsters, I love them. they sound better than any of the other ones.  O0
I bought a set and I love them. You can be heard and you can be quiet coming home if you have to. They get real loud around 2000RPM but if you Idle into you house it's not so bad at night unless you take your baffles out. then you are LOUD all the time. and they are not a bad price. I put 12k on them and no blue and not chips in the crome.

I just got my S last Saturday and have Cobra dragsters on it.  They sound great and look sweet IMO.  Cobra has a good warranty.  If you do it yourself, make sure you rejet.

HK Sideburners.  Everyone else can hear themselves on their bikes until I roll up.  Then I kind of overpower all their sounds for some reason.  O0 ;D ;) O0 ;D ;) Haha
