Twin Peaks bike night in LEWISVILLE
« on: August 02, 2007, 10:49:29 AM »

So I met up with some friends last night at Twin Peaks, and they had a chalk board sign that talked about Bike night LAST Thursday.  I asked a waitress and she said it was the first one they'd had.  I did email the GM a couple months back and asked if they were going to do it and at that time he said "no."  I emailed him again this morning and asked if they were going to repeat it, and suggested that perhaps some WORD OUT about it might be helpful.  We'll see if he thinks I'm a jerk.  LOL

Did anyone go?

Crickets....  LOL  I emailed the manager, he directed me to sign up for their email club thingie.  Wonder why he didn't suggest that last time.  Anyway, if they do it again, I'll post it.

It's ok, and I will get to bring it home next week.  DFW Honda is holding it hostage until I pay the ransom.  The insurance check that is made out to me and DFW Honda will be here on Tuesday, and I can pick it up when I sign the check over to them.  The replaced a few parts, and I have a few custom parts ordered that they could not find.  Hopefully I will be well enough to ride it home, but the collar bone is healing very slowly.
