My names Al and I know your handle on the board and we've never met but here's A big HOWDY back at ya from Texas O0 O0
Your wife ain't fibbing about the rains we're getting. This is July 6th and as you know there ain't rain in Texas from mid June till the State fair opens in October. This is the wettist year I can ever recall (59 summers so far) so as for rides and rallies, unless your running pontoons, or just have to get out to ride to work, there ain't much in the way of riding. I don't guess you've got a rain problem over there. I like that picture you sent and could use what you've got on your right arm around here sometimes for the cagers. You take care my friend, and I'm looking forward to making your coming home party O0 O0

I just thought I would jump into this post and say HOWDY from
the Texas coast, Galveston area.
As everyone stated, it has been raining for the last 7 day's or more, I lost count after a few day's of it. I haven't seen a bike on the road in day's.
I have been thinking of converting my X into a trike so I can ride in the rain, See pic:

Take care brother and watch each other's back.  O0

Thanks for the post Jason. I've been wondering how you've been doing. Some of the guys left for Colorado last week, and should be returning soon. Jerry's going out to the Pacific NW soon. He's burning the rubber off that Wing. Jeff and I have both been "laid up" with medical stuff the last couple of weeks, and haven't been able to get out. Who ever says polishing their bike in the garage is fun....they're nuts!
It's like taking a trip to Europe by yourself. Hope all's well, and praying for your save return.

Thanks for what you and all serviceman do for this great country. Much appreciated! Return safe. I heard on the radio today that in the last 30 days between Dallas/FW, San Antonio, and Houston areas, only Dallas has had 1 day of sun. I live near Houston and we've had a years worth of rain already.

Jason, thank you for your service to our country.  As for the rain, the paper reported today that it has rained in San Antonio for 40 days straight.  Be careful out there in the Sandbox and come home safely.
