Does the hitchdoc fit outside or inside the fender? I've been looking for an internal model.

Or back also?Both of the front.BrianHAH! I could be lucky locking my rear on sandy asphalt! My front brakes lock when only pushing my rear pedal quicker than the rear ones do. Of course, the front brakes are excellent.I only have 13000 on these sintered pads. I might try something else.
