Those "Jap" dealers don't stock anything because they don't need to. :o Now on the other hand, the Harley dealerships...well we know how this story ends. ;D ;D ;D ;D

lol... I had my fair share of jap bikes... so I know what you mean...

now correct me if I'm wrong but he did stated that he was riding with 7 other guys on Harleys and his bike did brake down, not the harleys... I also know of another VTX that broke down in the rally...  either way... I'm glad he was able to make it home...  and I hope honda does not give him any trouble with the warranty. ;)

I know I do not have an X anymore but I can't resist. Gabe at least they have money left over to fix it ;D ;D ;D ;D

I don't think you want to go a ten year span and compare cost of fixing your Harley compared to their X... ;D ;D

I was referring to the sea of HD shirts.  It's easier to pick out someone wearing an X shirt. :P

Regardless, my honest opinion is I could careless what anyone rides.  I have my reasons why I wouldn't ride a Harley, but I also have reasons why I wouldn't drive a pontiac.  People always move on to other bikes, but I would hope the friendships would stay.  I wouldn't expect everyone to ride a VTX for the rest of their lives.

I change my mind every week about other bikes or changing mine up, but because of the X I've made countless numbers of new friends and I assume most feel the same way.
