I prefer the top one, although I wouldn't pass up on the bottom either.

Both are very fine, but having to choose, I'll go with the top one because there may be too much space between the letters of "Motorcycles".  Also, uh.... maybe I shouldn't say anything, but... uh... should "Motorcycles" be capitalized?

To be difficult I like the top one as it blends into the black.
Looks like it is a lighter shade of blue also, I am not a bright colored person

good luck on either one they are both just as well done just different shading techniques

try taking the look of VTX and Motorcycles from the bottom one and using it in the top one,
but keeping it in the shading style of the top one
