Finally finished....Whew!!

I'm too excited to keep it in, so, I'll do some shameless advertising.

I've been in and out of town alot the last few months. Some of you know the reason why, but most don't. Suzanne and I bought a condo in Ruidoso, NM, to rent to the tourista's. We've gone back and forth 7 times, 1200 miles each trip, to get it finished. It's done!!

Thanks everyone. We're pretty proud of the work we did. Suzanne's a trooper. O0 She primed and painted, toted boxes, and moved furniture with the best of them. I think I heard "I'm a girl!" only once or twice.  ;)
Hopefully this venture will be worth the $$ and effort.

My bro managed a couple of condos in Dillion and Copper Mt.  He paid cash for a new GMC 2500 4wd long bed king cab with a diesel-from-hell engine just on his commission for a couple of years.  I'll bet you do fine with that investment!  BTW, he managed them from Houston!
