the door lock thing works O0 don't know the range potential but from 200 feet works great O0

Yeah, I already did. I actually received in my email that story about 3 or 4 months ago and went and found it at SNOPES too.

Steve did the door lock thing on the suburban w/ his old phone a few months back. Thought it was weird. Haven't tried it w/ our new phones. hmmmmmm. Need to get a keyless system for him since he keeps locking his back doors, and his front door handles don't work (thus the key is useless) - so him or one of the kids has to crawl in from the trunk. As exciting as THAT is for the kids though.....  ::) ;D

I can say that the cell phone thing with the car keys locked inside did not work for us!! Sandi locked her keys in the car at school and I was there with her when she did it. So I drove home to get the extra set and called her up on the cell and did the foot away thingy!! NO GOOD!! Didn't work for us, so back I drove to get her unlocked!! THE END!!  ;D
