  I just ran across the picture on the net. and I thought it looked cool,  8) I didn't think it would turn in to be an age thing, oh well. I wish I could find a picture of myself in about 1970 or so, 15 year's old on my brand new
Suzuki 90 dirt bike. Oh what fun we had.  :),  I could fill the tank for about 25 cent's. I could ride all week on a dollar. As I think about it I've had my motorcycle license for about 38 year's now.  ???

 There used to be a moto license for under 5 brake horse power... Got one of those at 15 I think, but been riding  the street sense I was 10 or 12!!! ::) ::) ::) O0   Headed for the big 60!!!!

I'll be 50 in April myself. You know if you say it real fast it don't sound so bad.

I had one of those, "restricted to 5 Brake Horse power". You could use restricter plates between the carb and the motor to reduce the HP to make it legal to ride something bigger than 5 HP. When the cops pulled you over and saw your license for the restriction, you could show them the tag that stuck out between the carb and head stating the restictor that made it basically a 5 BHP and they'd let you go, other than give you a ticket for speeding, that you were generally doing. Never got a ticket for over HP, even when I was 14 on my 650 Triumph Tiger or 500 BSA, both were single carbed with drilled out restrictor plate scooters. Cops weren't as smart then.
Ken i just rolled 59 yesterday, workin on 49 years of 2 wheeled fun and sounds like you may remember the "good ole days too" O0 O0 O0 O0
