 Well I guess you can say REAL MEN drive PINK!!  My Wife was driving past this used car dealership and saw this BUG and fell in love with it you might say. It is a 1958 VW Beetle with 164000 miles on it. It has been stored away for the last 4 years by one of her former students that bought it at a auto auction. Looks like I have another project to work on!!  I have told myself this will be a great 1st car for our daughter!!  Runs and drives pretty good but just have to put it in your mind that it is a 1958 model which I keep on telling my wife.  lol

If you need any help with it Chad... I had a '62 when I was stationed in Germany. Changed motors twice in it, always had to work on it. That'n looks great.

did it come with pink tools? i knew a guy that drove a pink bug like that cause his g/f or wife would take his truck all the time.so he drove it alot.

Mary Kay VW!     I know a tad about those too.  My first ride was a 73 VW Thing.  I miss that car.
That Bug looks to be in great condition.

Neet ride Had a few of them when I worked for VW. Orginally the 58 had a 36Hp motor and I feel sure it was gone to the wayside so just in case you don't know what's in there now maybe this will help. The engine # is stamped just below the generator stand, where the stand (mount) bolts to the case. It will help to know what you've got if you need engine parts someday.

I own a 63 that has a 1600 engine Not original, It is baby blue. I have done the engine but the rest needs a lot of work. I keep it just to teach kids to drive in the pasture. I have never registered it. I know a bit now about these things, so if I can help let me know. I also own a VW trike its a project that I haven't started yet, its all there, but it needs a lot of work. The beauty of these things is they are easy to work on.

That would make a good electric car. I had a friend that converted one and that thing hauled @$$!!!  It was strong enough to pick up the front end.
