ok, let's see if I can remember.
take off tank, don't forget to unplug the gauges, fuel lines, turn off petcock, etc...
unscrew 8mm bolts holding the reed valve covers from each cylinder
take vaccuum hose off back of air box
unscrew plate holding emissions canister (flying saucer lookin' thing)
basically to take off everything attached to those two extra hoses on top of the motor.
THen you gotta plug one of the ends of the vaccuum hose that's attached to the T-fitting.
Take the reed valves out of the holes they were resting in and either grind the heads down (that's what I did) or cut the heads off completely. put the neutered valves back in and screw on your block-off plates.
that's pretty much it from what I remember. I have consumed a reasonable amount of alcohol since i took mine off, so there might be some holes. if you get stuck, shoot me a PM.
It's not really that hard once you start looking at it.
