Ever see anyone on tv fighting in a octagon shaped "fenced" in ring? Try spike TV on Saturday nights, That'll give you an idea...mixed martial arts, grappling, submission...and  no, it's not Clinton with a intern! :o

My friend's ex-hubby, Travis Lutter, is in UFC quite often.  He's a badass!  He's also a really nice guy and he can handle himself well in the ring.  He's got a calm fighting tecnique that is advantagous against the young guns trying to make names for themselves against him.

What's the 69 for.  Grappling, groaning, moaning, submission!!!  Sounds a bit like porn to me.  MORE PORN!! ;D :D

Well, I guess I'm an old fuddy duddy and yes I watch UF from time to time. Not sure how old the kids are that are being taken to this but with the increasing of violence amongst kids these days I'm not so sure it's a good idea.
Somebody's got to stop worrying about being cool one of these days and start being responsible and thinking about what sort of impact this sort of stuff has on the kids. I mean it's already to the point that a life doesn't amount to a hill of beans to them. They waste a life and laugh it off. Thanks to the movie industry.

Of coarse they made fun of us in the sixties and seventies for promoting peace and love. They won, and here we are. Mothers giving thier kids a gun and telling him to go kill the kid that he had been in a fight with earlier in the day. He killed him.

I think it's a damn shame that we spend more money and time promoting violence than trying to teach them to chill and get along.

My rants over and I worry for my grandchildren.

He just fought Anderson on Sat he lost and it was not a title fight it was suposed to be but Travis didnt make weight for the fight came in 1.5 pounds over, so they fought a normal fight Trav lost due to triangle choke sub in the second round.
