What do you keep in your saddle bags? Does it change from Winter to Summer? Absolute Necessities?

certainly not booby oil!  :o

I don't have saddle bags, just a fork bag. I have my insurance card, rubber gloves (to cover my XM hookup when it rains), ziplock bag, currently there is change in there from the last time I took the toll road. Forgot about that. I think there's a tire gauge. I need a bigger bag though for more stuff.  ;D

It changes but mostly.
Tools ( because I'm tired of standing on my head trying to get them in the tool box), bungees, plexus, honda spray, couple of rags, speaker covers, rain gear if needed, plastic bag with insurance and misc. paper work. Couple bottles of water.
Lately I've gotten in the habit of carrying my tank bag also which has a pen, tire guage, extra eye glasses, mini disc player, extra disc, camera, phone, 50 caliber, a few joints, and a flask of brandy.  O0
If that's not enough, I hook up the trailor.  ;D

Lets see, Skoal (dipping on a bike takes practice), clean underware (in case I decide to wear any), leather gear, toliet paper (long distance between stops) cell phone (in case a Harley rider needs a wrecker). ;D

Only have a tank bag now.  But I keep insurance, a leatherman, gloves, allen heads, maps, pencil, spare spark plugs, tire gauge, and my disk lock when i'm crewzin'.

But I want saddle bags so I can haul around all that shite I don't need  O0

Metric allen tool, extra eye protection like from dark to clear, towel, small flash light, hat, and during cool weather we make sure there is enough room for 2 sets of leathers ( This took some time to learn to roll them to fit)

Most of the stuff mentioned before and a Texas road map.
I promise to only read it when parked.

I have extra oil, spark plugs rags a funnel and rain chaps-
As far as cold weather gear we have from sweat shirts to ear muffs gloves and long johns. If I pack it right I can also get my hat in there.
My glasses fit on a leather strap on the windshield so I can change them at the stop light if needed from light to dark.
During the summer we lose the cold weather stuff.
