See the following.  Quite a bit of work has been done for our soldiers who need our help.  If you are able, please do your part!

I am interested..... I live in San Antonio...

There is a link above that details where the Houston group will pick-up the San Anonio/Central Texas riders.

Registering Option#2 at Exit #619 Rest Area 45 miles East of San Antonio

Many riders and groups are coming from locations other than Houston, a second registration site will be established on I-10 at exit #619 (westbound) between 10:30-12:00, Nov 11th.

12:00 Kickstands up – police escorted groups of 100 direct to BAMC.

About 50 miles non-stop to BAMC - No fuel stops.

Note: Before departing Riders must comply with above requirements for motorcycle entry onto military bases.

Agenda Upon Arrival at BAMC – Salado Park

11:30 -1:30pm Police escorted ride groups arrive, food, entertainment, time to meet and greet the troops and their families.

1:45 -2:15pm Presentation ceremony of THR proceeds raised in 2006.

2:15pm -3:15pm Entertainment, dessert, time with troops and their families.

3:30pm --- 2006 Texas Honor Ride is over, all riders are on their own, no police escorts out of base or from San Antonio.

I will be coming in with the Houston group.  Do not think we will make it to the rest area before you all are KSU, so we'll see you at BAMC-Fort Sam.

I will not be making it r/t PGR Mission in San Antonio http://patriotguard.org/Forums/tabid/61/forumid/11/tpage/1/view/Topic/postid/292117/Default.aspx

Yeah, i had read the post on the PGR site, and was somewhat torn between the two.  I know there are a lot of folks riding in the Honor Ride, the Veterans Day parades, etc.  Still not sure which, but either way, i will be in San Antonio.
