New Bike, New Rider, New Joy!

Just bought a new 1300 vtx-s.  First ride in 10 years!!!  How I missed it, and thought I wasn't.  Live in Port Neches, and would like to meet-up with other area riders.  Have already gone crazy with mods, and there seems to be no end in sight.

Welcome to the board, hookem. Keep an eye on the ride board to see what rides are going on in your area. Don't be afraid to post a ride you're planning and give people in your area a chance to hoo up with you. You'll find that this is a very friendly group of people, and if it includes X's(the 2 wheeled kind) and riding, they're be there. :)

Welcome Hookem...I'm in Bridge City...be lookin for post titled Golden triangle Tech sessions..theres quite a few of us and the # is a growin...there are a group of us that ride all the time, just leave a pm if you want to ride...have you thought about 5-12,13,14-06...few of us are ridin to the Hill country for the BBT...chk that page...its a great group of people...one of my favorite things about this bike is the people I've met because of it

Welcome, Hookem.  I'm from Groves.  I'm one of the gang that rides with Brian (bgreer), James (Tinman), and Randy (Txcajun).  We really have a good time.  If any of you are interested, the Cowboy Honda Red Riders are meeting at Cowboy Honda Saturday morning at 9:00AM and riding to Brenham for the Ice Cream Festival. ::)  Let me know.

I bought my bike from Cowboyand inquired about the HRCA.  Just got an email from them.  I know nothing about the Red Riders.  If you don't mind, you could call me at my home number, which I'll give you through email.(hookem@gt.rr.com)  A ride to Brenham sounds great! 

Bgreer, yep, I am the same guy you emailed earlier.  I'll be looking for a tech session post.  Hope to get together with all of y'all soon!
