Short answer:  Almost

*HUGE SIGH*  :-\


Long Answer:  They put in the oven and microwave yesterday, so hopefully all the appliances will be in by Friday.  The tile is in, but they need to carpet the bedrooms.  They have a lot of little things to do, like touch-up painting, caulking, and fixing things that they didn't install correctly.  We go by there at least twice a week so we're making a [long] list of things that hopefully they'll fix before we even do our walk through.

The pre-closing walk through appointment is November 8th.  I'm expecting the house to take no longer than 2 weeks to close, but I could be wrong. 

When it closes, we still have to paint the walls and garage floor and seal the grout and granite before moving anything inside.  80% of the house is tile.  yipeee.....



Once he moves, I think I'll probably self-combust from joy.  This year has been one I can't wait to forget.

Here I am.  LOL  We've both been so busy we barely get to see each other anymore.  I think next year will be better though.  House might be done Novemberish.  We never made reservations for LSR cause we thought we would have been moved in by now.  It's going to be a long haul from new caney.  LOL  See you guys at the LSR MNG

By the way did ya'll build the garage big enough to park both bikes and a work bench?
