Long time so see yall!  Hope all has been well with each and every one of you this year.  I hate to be "That Guy" who shows up when I need help, but... I need help

I am in the planning stages of setting up a poker run for next year to raise money for my nonprofit.  Have any of ya'll gone through the set-up for something like this?  I am hoping for 100 plus riders, stops at a few local HD dealerships, music food and fun.  I have a list of "brainstorm scratch" in a notebook with things like Lead Riders, Anchors, Legal Waivers, Food, Music and Fun.  If you have been through the planning stages for this kind of event I would love to pick your brain.
